Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
• Take and enter accurate orders into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner; check back to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service
• Process payments accurately
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate as needed
• Support team members to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant server experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and comfort managing multiple tables
• Able to follow directions and work independently
• Effective verbal communication skills

Schedule

Flexible schedule between 9 AM–6 PM, Mondays off, weekends required.

Pay

$12/hr (plus tips).
