About the role

Trinity Terrace, Fort Worth’s premier upscale retirement community, is seeking Experienced Food Servers to join us in providing our residents with a great hospitality experience when dining with us. Fine dining experience is preferred but not required. We have leadership roles available - Lead Server and Server II. We are not a nursing home or typical senior living center. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best hospitality the Fort Worth Area has to offer, so our residents don’t need to leave home for an incredible culinary experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while interacting with residents, guests, and co-workers.
• Ensure food and beverage quality and presentation meet high standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper ordering and storage of supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of serving areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in training new employees and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Experience in food service or hospitality industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid Food Handlers card.
• Preferred: ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate.
