About the role

Touchmark at the Ranch is hiring for Dining Room Servers full-time and part-time. As a Dining Room Server, you will enrich lives each day by taking orders, serving meals, and providing a friendly, inviting, and quality dining experience for residents and guests. You will also serve at special events and catered functions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Commitment to and passion for quality standards and customer service
• Server and barista experience a plus
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with all residents, guests and team members
• Possess a valid food handler’s card
• Possess a Title 4 Basic Alcohol Training Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Basic computer knowledge and experience
• Commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity)
• Genuine interest in working in a role that directly impacts the lives of seniors

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handler's Card
