About the role

Touchmark at Georgetown, Central Texas’ leading full-service retirement community, is seeking caring, friendly, and dependable individuals to join their Dining Services team as Servers.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents by name
• Take meal orders
• Answer questions about the menu
• Serve meals and beverages
• Help ensure the dining room remains clean, attractive, and running smoothly
• Auxiliary support for special events and catered functions

Requirements

• Available to work evenings and weekends
• No prior serving experience required, but a commitment to Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Patience, professionalism, and tactfulness in interactions with residents, family members, team members, and visitors
