Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.
• Interact with all guests, creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to the service bar and kitchen via the point‑of‑sale computerized register system.
• Observe and serve guests, responding to any needs or requests.
• Present guest checks to each table and facilitate payment, making correct change or completing charge‑card procedures.
• Participate in clearing and resetting dining‑room tables.

Qualifications

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats throughout the restaurant.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills.
• Mobility required throughout the entire shift.
• Transport glass racks and cases up to 25 lb (e.g., a case of beer) up to 15 times per shift.
• Physical ability to move and grasp items up to five pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 25 lb, bend, and stoop while navigating the restaurant.
• Adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.

Pay

This role is paid the tip‑credit minimum wage plus tips. Take‑home pay varies based on availability.
