About the role

We are seeking individuals who can embody our mission to enrich the lives of those we serve with Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. In this role, you will provide quick, efficient, and pleasant service of food and beverages to residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders and communicate to the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to residents and guests.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by promptly addressing their needs and requests.
• Buss and reset tables, and perform assigned side work.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards all residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is necessary, but previous food service experience is preferred.
• We will provide training.
• You must pass food safety training to obtain and/or hold any required local, state, and/or county food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates.
• You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills are required for our POS system and payroll system.
• You must be able to make independent decisions and solve practical problems.
• You should be able to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and co-workers.
