Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly as they are seated
• Know the menu, explain specials and promotions, and be able to make recommendations
• Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while following safety and sanitation standards
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately
• Assist the back-of-house team as necessary

Requirements

• Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
• Capable of accurately managing cash transactions and using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available to work weekends as needed
