About the role

This position provides food and beverage service to club members and their guests in the Upscale Casual Dining area.

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown service and special events.
• Provide professional and attentive service to all club members and their guests.
• Learn and provide answers to questions about the menu and daily specials.
• Maintain cleanliness of all service areas during the shift.
• Show a positive and enthusiastic attitude, work well with others, and understand the importance of teamwork.
• Communicate effectively and have attention to detail.
• Have a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old (no prior experience required).
• Prior experience preferred.
• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude, works well with others, and understands the importance of teamwork.
• Able to learn our menu and daily specials and is capable of providing answers to any questions from members.
• Must be able to maintain cleanliness of all service areas during the shift.
• Must have great communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast pace environment.

Qualifications

• Continuing education, cross-training, and promotion from within are valued.
• Cross-training may be available to become a server, bartender, fitness attendant, tennis attendant, babysitter, camp counselor, cook, housekeeper, and more!
