Qualifications

• Experience as a server preferred, but not required
• Able to stand, walk and carry items for prolonged periods
• Able to work flexible hours
• Able to work well with others
• Able to lift 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Set up server stations, the dining room and the dining tables in the dining venues for service
• Greet guests as they enter the dining venues
• Take guest orders for food & beverages
• Place guest orders for food & beverages into the POS system
• Maintain and clean the dining venues as assigned
• Ensure each guest has an exceptional experience—handle all guest requests and issues as appropriate
• Assist in setting up buffets and special function events
• Attend and participate in all department training as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Perform general cleaning duties, inclusive of daily floor cleaning
