Responsibilities

• Take guests orders
• Provide attentive service throughout meal
• Memorize menu items, abbreviations, various preparation styles
• Learn drink offerings, stay up to date on current beers on tap and educate customers on offerings
• Assist in prepping ingredients, maintaining stock on the line and keeping the process organized
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Clean and maintain stock of silverware, menus, napkins, etc.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant positions or customer service (preferred not required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in teams

About the role
