About the role

The Spectrum Story is full of compassion, hard work, and fun. This role involves creating an incredible dining experience, building relationships with residents, and consistently delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to their tables
• Present menus and suggest dishes
• Aid in drink selection
• Communicate resident orders using the point of sale system
• Perform dining room opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents
• If under 18, provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum
• Strong customer service presentation skills
