Responsibilities

• Help create an incredible dining experience for residents.
• Build relationships with residents and consistently deliver restaurant‑level service.
• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate specific resident orders using the state‑of‑the‑art point of sale system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
• If under the age of 18, provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Current Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one through Spectrum, as required by state or county regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation skills.

Schedule

Full‑Time, including weekends.
