Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests with genuine hospitality and confidence.
• Guide guests through the menu - explaining seafood species, pasta dishes, and wine pairings.
• Enter orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any needs with care and professionalism.
• Prepare and serve wine, beer, and cocktails responsibly.
• Maintain clean tables, side stations, and dining room flow.
• Perform opening, service, and closing side work.
• Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years serving in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently during busy service.
• Familiarity with Italian cuisine, seafood, or wine preferred (training provided).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 21+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Daily Catch is a family-owned Sicilian-style seafood and pasta restaurant founded in 1973 in Boston's North End. Known for fresh, authentic, East Coast flavors, we've served seafood lovers from around the world for over 50 years. Our new California location, The Daily Catch Pasadena, opened in July 2026, features freshly flown-in seafood prepared with our signature family recipes.
