Country Club of Mobile is seeking a Server to join our Food and Beverage team in Mobile, AL.

About the Role

As a Server, you will provide exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests by delivering attentive, professional, and friendly service in our club’s food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely, courteous manner.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset between guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Process payments and reconcile checks at the end of each shift.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Uphold the club’s standards for hospitality and member satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous serving experience in a fine dining or private club environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
