About the role

The Club at Renaissance is seeking servers to join our team. This is a part-time position with availability in the afternoons and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and members warmly with an appropriate greeting.
• Prepares tables, lays out napkins and utensils, makes sure condiments are filled, performing all other preparation tasks.
• Keeps updated on the current menu, beverage, and member event offerings.
• Maintains proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, up-selling, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling beverages.
• Properly open and pour wine tableside.
• Keep tables, dining rooms, and bus stations clean and organized.
• Set up, break down, and service special events.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
• Understand and communicate products and services available at the club.
• Able to lift 40 lbs. or more alone or with a team member.

Requirements

• Serving Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Skills

• Strong work ethic.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor.
