About the role
At Ted’s Montana Grill, the Servers and Bartenders are vital and valued members of our team and deliver the “Big Sky Moments” to ensure a great Guest experience each and every time. You will help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, ensuring a remarkable only-at-Ted’s experience for our Guests.
We take great pride in ensuring all guests receive a warm and memorable experience leaving them feeling better than when they came in. From a bowl of half sours to our two-dollar bills, we empower each team member to deliver Big Sky Moments in ways that are natural and effortless to Ted’s and our guests.
Our restaurants represent classic saloons of the 19th century where cattlemen and land barons found a little relaxation after a hard day’s work.

Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and create a positive team environment

Tipped Minimum Wage Plus Tips; averaging $25-$32/hr
