About the role

Ted's Montana Grill is a premium, polished, professional yet cool (3 PC) restaurant guided by “The Big Sky Spirit.” As a Server, you will help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, ensuring a remarkable only‑at‑Ted’s experience for guests and delivering “Big Sky Moments” each shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine hospitality and create Big Sky Moments for guests.
• Ensure a warm, memorable experience that leaves guests feeling better than when they arrived.
• Embrace the classic saloon atmosphere of the 19th‑century setting.
• Support sustainability initiatives such as local grower sourcing, paper straws, Boraxo soap, and eco‑friendly kitchen practices.
• Contribute to a culture of people, product, and prosperity by developing leadership skills and engaging team members.

Requirements

• Full‑service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to get along great with people.
