About the role

Ted's Montana Grill is not an ordinary restaurant; we seek Premium, Polished and Professional team members who are also Cool (known as 3 PC). We live by “The Big Sky Spirit,” our cultural compass, which is evident in everything we do. Our restaurants represent classic saloons of the 19th century where cattlemen and land barons found a little relaxation after a hard day’s work.

Responsibilities

• Help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and deliver “Big Sky Moments” to ensure a great guest experience each and every time.
• Empower team members to provide memorable experiences, from a bowl of half sours to our two‑dollar bills, fostering a remarkable only‑at‑Ted’s experience.

Requirements

• Full‑service restaurant experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
