About the role

We're looking for an experienced Server to join our team at Ted's Bulletin, a scratch kitchen known for fresh ingredients, craveable American cuisine, and a carefully curated menu featuring classics alongside lighter fare. You'll thrive in a high-volume, full-service environment, building rapport with guests, driving sales, and delivering exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities

• Execute service under pressure in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Build rapport with guests and provide an exceptional hospitality experience
• Drive sales and contribute to guest retention
• Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Perform basic mathematical calculations accurately
• Prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages (must be of legal age)
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Obtain or maintain certification in responsible alcohol service (as required by law)

Requirements

• At least 6 months' experience in a high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment (previous server experience preferred)
• High energy, stamina, and strong communication skills with guests and team members
• High school diploma or equivalent
