About the role

Servers Tazza Kitchen Henrico, VA is hiring part-time and full-time servers to expand our Front of House team!

We are looking for energetic, food loving, and craft beverage appreciating folks who embody Heads Up Hospitality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Immersed in a training program to become knowledgeable about our food and beverage menus, ingredients, sourcing, and wood fire cooking techniques to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests.
• Enjoy teamwork.
• Eagerness to learn about food and beverage.
• Able to stay positive and upbeat during a busy shift.
• Desire to make people happy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 to apply.
• Must be proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Hourly rates plus tips average $18-$28/hour.
