Server (AT&T Discovery District)

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide personalized service and attention to detail.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments.
• Clear and clean tables and run food as needed.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests.
• Able to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work various shifts including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks.
• Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
