Responsibilities

• Prepares and portions food appropriately for residents.
• Prepares and portions correct amount of food as determined by meal tickets.
• Plates and serves food.
• Handles and stores food in a safe manner following HACCP standard operating procedures.
• Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedures.
• Washes and sanitizes dishes and utensils.
• Prepares all beverages including nectar, honey, and pudding, thick beverages.
• Distributes beverages to residents before meal time.
• Cleaning tables and stocking condiments, creamers, sugar etc.
• Performing correct sanitary measures

Requirements

• Previous Dietary aide experience.
• Enjoys working in a busy environment.
• Capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation.
• Strong customer service skills.
