Sushi by Bou is a modern omakase concept defined by intimate settings, thoughtful design, and an energetic atmosphere. As we expand to our new location in Doral, we are looking for talented hospitality professionals to join our team and grow with us.

About the role

The Server provides informed, attentive service while bringing personality and awareness to each guest interaction. The ideal candidate communicates with ease, understands the rhythm of upscale service, and knows when to engage, anticipate, or step back.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them through the menu.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to timing and presentation.
• Offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Monitor the experience and respond promptly to requests.
• Communicate allergies and special requests clearly.
• Coordinate with chefs, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members.
• Process checks and payments accurately.
• Maintain prepared service areas and complete assigned side work.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant.
• Strong understanding of attentive, well-paced service.
• Ability to learn menu details and answer questions confidently.
• Genuine enjoyment of connecting with guests.
• Clear communication and good situational awareness.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing composure.
• Dependable and collaborative approach.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay

$10.98 per hour plus tips.
