About the role

We are hiring full time Servers at Silver Diner, a restaurant that won the 2020 TDn2K Best Practices Award for the Family Dining Category. The restaurant offers a unique Flexitarian Menu from our award-winning Executive Chef Ype Von Hengst, and we pride ourselves on our industry-leading 3-level Germicidal UV-C Light and air purification system designed to keep our guests and staff safe.

Responsibilities

• Sell our award-winning Flexitarian Menu
• Learn the tools for success in the hospitality industry
• Gain in-depth knowledge about food from around the world
• Work in a fast-paced, fun environment
• Enjoy flexible scheduling options, including AM and PM shifts, full and part-time hours

• Have the opportunity for growth, including becoming a trainer, supervisor, and manager

Requirements

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Contagiously friendly and caring personality
• Previous serving experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience in the restaurant industry at any positions is preferred
• Weekend and holiday availability is required
