About the role

Ted's Bulletin is a restaurant known for its unique offerings including Ted's tarts, boozy milkshakes, and all-day breakfasts. We pride ourselves on serving a carefully curated menu of craveable American cuisine made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Execute under pressure in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Build rapport with guests and drive sales
• Provide an exceptional hospitality experience

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Strong math skills
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays
• Legal to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages
• Certified in responsible alcohol service (if required by state/local law)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience in a high-volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day, and lift/carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
