About the Role

As a Dining Room Server at The Kitchen Restaurant, you are the face of our core values: Hospitality, Excellence, Teamwork, Impact, and Pride. You will maintain seamless table service, use your deep beverage knowledge to guide the guest experience, and ensure every detail—from the first pour to the final crumb—is perfect.

Responsibilities

• Maintain seamless table service in a fine dining environment.
• Guide the guest experience using deep beverage knowledge (food, wine, and spirits).
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, excellence, and teamwork.
• Ensure every detail of service is executed to perfection.

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-end service (Server, Captain, or Sommelier) in a Fine Dining environment (highly preferred).
• Strong foundational knowledge of food, wine, and spirits; CMS Certified or WSET Level 1+ is a major plus.
• Must be available Wednesday through Sunday evenings.
• Valid RBS Card, reliable transportation, and aged 18+.
• Positive, attentive, and hospitable spirit with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Articulate, polished, and possess a "team-first" mentality.

Pay

$33.00 – $38.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Must be available Wednesday through Sunday evenings.
• Two consecutive days off per week.
• Closed on major holidays (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, New Year’s, Super Bowl Sunday, and Easter Sunday).
