About the role

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of high-end service (Server, Captain, or Sommelier) in a Fine Dining environment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of food, wine, and spirits. CMS Certified or WSET Level 1+ is a major plus!
• Availability: Must be available Wednesday through Sunday evenings.
• Credentials: Valid RBS Card, reliable transportation, and aged 18+

Pay

Leading Pay: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour.
