Each Server is responsible for providing attentive, efficient, and professional service to guests in the restaurant or lounge, ensuring they enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide menu recommendations when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle special requests or complaints professionally.
• Promote daily specials, beverages, and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Process payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Comply with all alcohol and food service regulations.
• Adhere to the Hotel's grooming and appearance standards.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must meet local age requirements for alcohol service, where applicable.
• Must be available for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
