About the role

Regency Oaks is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Server to join our culinary team. This role provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community, allowing you to be part of an extraordinary company that invests in the future of senior living by investing in you.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times.
• Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders, provide service, and deliver requested items graciously and courteously.
• Answer questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Requirements

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.
• Able to pass a level II background check (more info).

Schedule

Friday & Saturday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Pay

$15/hour
