Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with guests in a positive manner.
• Correctly take food and beverage orders.
• Ensure proper steps of service are implemented efficiently and timely.
• Handle transactions using basic mathematical skills.
• Learn and properly use the POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Multitask job duties effectively.
• Work individually and in a team environment.
• Stand for long periods and maintain a consistent work pace.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Keep the work area stocked, organized, and sanitized.
• Follow The Reedsburg Country Club's policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Requirements

• Flexible availability and ability to maintain regular, consistent attendance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience appreciated but not required; willing to train the right individual.
