Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a positive and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Follow proper steps of service efficiently and in a timely manner
• Handle transactions using basic mathematical skills
• Learn and use the POS (Point of Sale) system
• Multitask job duties as needed
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Stand for extended periods and maintain a consistent work pace
• Lift up to 50 lbs when required
• Keep the work area stocked, organized, and sanitized
• Maintain flexible availability and consistent attendance
• Follow The Reedsburg Country Club’s policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
