Responsibilities

• Provide warm and friendly service from greet to end of experience
• Possess proficient knowledge of menu and explain choices, inform of promotions, and answer questions
• Upsell and suggest menu items, inform of special promotions, and follow up on deliveries
• Write orders accurately, enter into POS system, and ring appetizers, kids' meals, and entrees
• Pre-buss as you go, maintain table appearance, remove clutter, check drink levels
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures, collect payments, keep station clean, set up and take down tables
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies, complete checklists, and perform other duties as requested

Qualifications

• Ability to write and read English
• Good communication skills, friendly, and people-oriented
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask
• Basic math skills
• Passes RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements, if applicable
