Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas for meals.
• Serve accurate and attractive meals in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper food temperature when serving.
• Communicate with and respond to customer meal requests.
• Obtain meal orders.
• Maintain proper levels of supplies and food items in work areas and dining rooms.
• Monitor and maintain proper levels of supplies and food items in work areas and dining rooms.
• Report changes in residents dining habits to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Maintain adequate cleanliness of dining services equipment and work area.
• Ensure proper storage of food items according to policy.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
