About the role
Join our NEW OPENING team for our newest location coming soon to Chapel Hill. Postino is disrupting the wine bar segment. Our vibe is fun, eclectic, inspiring yet familiar surroundings, offering high quality yet approachable wines paired with fresh and colorful bruschetta boards built for sharing. The menu is designed for sharing and pairing with our amazing wines with options for everyone. NOW HIRING / IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY for Full Time & Part Time Server / Waiter / Waitress.
Responsibilities
- Work in a team setting to deliver a full service experience to guests.
- Guide guests through the process of ordering food and beverages.
- Accurately enter items into the POS system.
- Deliver completed items to the guest.
- Present the check in a timely manner.
- Complete payment.
- Work with other service positions to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their experience.
Requirements
- 1 year of full-service restaurant experience; combined industry experience will be considered.
- High-school diploma preferred.
- State Food Handler's Management Certification is required.
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification is required.
