RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver warm, professional food and beverage service, including welcoming guests, taking orders, serving, and clearing tables.
- Ensure assigned station is properly set, maintained, and cleaned before, during, and after each shift.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu, bar offerings, and daily specials, confidently making recommendations when appropriate.
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system and ensure timely, precise delivery of all items.
- Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and elevate the dining experience.
- Uphold all state and federal alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest age and monitoring responsible consumption.
- Build genuine, hospitable relationships with guests while maintaining a polished, professional presence.
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work and actively support the team during service.
- Participate in ongoing training, read shift notes, attend meetings, and adhere to all company policies and service standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic restaurant schedule.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb, and reach overhead.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in service and order taking.
