Set across nine seaside acres, the property features ranch-inspired accommodations, a heated pool, fire pits, lawn games, a private trail to the beach, and The Cow Tipper, a cozy on-site breakfast spot. THE ROLE As a Server, You’ll Help Create a Memorable Dining Experience Through Friendly, Attentive Service And a Welcoming Atmosphere. From Preparing Tables And Taking Care Of Guest Requests To Serving Food And Beverages, You’ll Help Ensure Every Guest Feels Looked After While Keeping The Restaurant Clean, Organized, And Ready For Service. You Will Welcome guests and provide friendly, personalized service throughout their dining experienceSet and prepare tables and dining areas for serviceTake guest orders, make menu recommendations, and suggest additional food and beverage optionsServe food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally and efficientlyCheck in with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and address any needsComplete side work, including stocking service stations, filling condiments, and rolling silverwareClear, clean, and reset tables promptly for incoming guestsMaintain a clean, organized dining area and support kitchen cleanliness as neededFollow food safety, sanitation, and established service standardsCommunicate guest requests and service needs clearly with fellow team membersReport lost and found items or property damage to the appropriate supervisorSupport other team members and departments to help the restaurant and hotel run smoothly What Success Looks Like Guests feel welcomed, well cared for, and confident that their needs are being met.
