Job Description
SERVER
Compensation: $15.16-$15.16 per hour. Tip eligibility.
Per the Colorado Constitution, this employer claims tip credit per Colorado standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service, that is guided by each guest’s preference and cues.
- Extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu. Recommend, upsell, and reinforcing the customers’ orders.
- Prepare food and condiments adhering to Outback standards.
- Accuracy with guest orders to ensure satisfaction.
- Buss tables, deliver food and beverages, and ensure every opportunity to WOW a customer is complete. Teamwork is essential and required by all Outbackers.
- Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

- Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. Teamwork is essential and expected of all Outbackers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
- Able to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
- Able to work in hot and cold environments.
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.
- Able to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed. The role involves working in areas with low or dim lighting.
- Able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
