Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to the customer’s preference.
- Have an extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu and be able to recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders.
- Assist with assembling prepared food and condiments, following Outback standards.
- Check orders for accuracy and review them with the guest prior to handoff to ensure satisfaction.
- Be a team player and assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed.
- Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift.
Requirements
- Able to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
- Able to work in hot and cold environments.
- Able to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties.
Qualifications
- For California based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications are required (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date).
