Server
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions (none present). Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Job Title: Server (not heading). Location: PHL Airport (maybe include in a short p). Compensation: $6.00 Hourly + Tips (Pay and maybe Schedule? Not schedule). So we have Pay: $6.00 Hourly + Tips. No explicit schedule details beyond "Open availability is a must. Schedules may vary; early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and even those wild-weather days when our guests need us most." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Now sections: About the role: Could be the "Who We Are" and "How We Do Business" and "Why This Job Is a Big Deal!" maybe combine into About the role. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. Who We Are: description of On the Go, mission, etc. How We Do Business: values. Why This Job Is a Big Deal!: description of server responsibilities. We can put that under About the role. Responsibilities: The bullet list under "In This Role, You Will:" includes many duties. Those are responsibilities. Requirements: Might be qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications/Criteria:" list. That includes passion, experience, grasp, language, certifications, physical, availability, reliability, age, work auth. Those could be Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide sections: Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. The instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We have qualifications list; we could put that under Qualifications. Skills maybe not separate; we could put language fluency etc under Skills? But we have "Fluent + fully conversational in English." That's a skill. Also "Great grasp of restaurant steps of service and familiarity with basic beer, liquor, and wine". That's skill. Could be Skills section. However we must not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one Qualifications section. But we have both headings allowed; we need to decide based on content. We have also "Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment + obtain ServeSafe Certification or equivalent within 30 days of employment." That's qualification/certification. Physical requirements: lifting up to 35 lbs, staying active, on feet, moving, bending, kneeling, crouching. Open availability. Reliable, punctual. Age requirement. Authorized to work in US. Thus we can have a Qualifications section covering all that. Responsibilities section: list of duties. About the role: combine Who We Are, How We Do Business, Why This Job Is a Big Deal! (maybe summarizing but we must not summarize away detail; we need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include the text verbatim? We can keep paragraphs as is. Not summarizing away detail means we should not omit details; we can keep the sentences. It's okay to combine sections but must keep all info. Thus About the role will contain multiple paragraphs: Who we are, How we do business, Why this job is a big deal. We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Employer etc. Remove that. Now Pay: $6.00 Hourly + Tips. Schedule: Open availability is a must. Schedules may vary; early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and even those wild-weather days when our guests need us most. Benefits: Not mentioned. So we should not create Benefits section. Now produce HTML. Structure:
Location: PHL Airport
maybe include location as short p. ThenAbout the role
then paragraphs. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We'll output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. About the role content: Paragraph 1: "On the Go has elevated the dining and retail experience for travelers by bringing together world-class hospitality, award-winning dining concepts, and forward-thinking technology. With more than 300 unique dining and retail locations across North America’s busiest airports, we’re fueled by a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences—made possible every day by our incredible Crewmembers. At On the Go, people truly come first. We invest in our teams, and foster growth in an exciting, fast-paced environment where everyone can shine." Paragraph 2: "How we work is just as meaningful as what we accomplish. Our Values—Care, Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Teamwork—guide the way we show up for our guests and for each other. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive, safe, and uplifting workplace where people feel respected, empowered, and encouraged to bring their full selves to work." Paragraph 3: "Servers are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and executing the OTG steps of service to the highest standards." That covers Why This Job Is a Big Deal! first sentence. Then we could add the rest of responsibilities under Responsibilities section, not here. Thus About the role includes those three paragraphs. Now Responsibilities: list from "In This Role, You Will:" bullet points. We need to convert each line intoLocation: PHL Airport
