WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A SERVER

• At least 1 year experience (REQUIRED) serving in an upscale, full-service restaurant.
• We have other positions if you don't have this experience.
• Strong knowledge of beer and wine.
• Energetic, happy people - likes working with others and interacting with Guests.
• Hustles and takes care of their station (full hands in, full hands out).
• Team player, willing to help out in a pinch (we never say "that's not my job").
• Responsible and reliable, track record of tenure at previous jobs.
• A strong desire to grow in the industry.
