About the role

If you love making people smile with food and drinks, this is the job for you. By joining the Food & Beverage team, you will develop new and varied skills in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
• Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday
• Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional and location dependent)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• No formal experience necessary; we will teach you all the necessary skills
• Desire to learn and grow
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40 lbs
• Minimum age: 18 years

Pay

• Starting wage: $9.30/hr - $10.81/hr + tips
• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips
