About the role

Nudy’s Cafes is a multi‑location, family‑owned restaurant company that has operated since 1979. We are the go‑to casual breakfast & lunch destination known for quick, reasonably priced, freshly prepared meals in a family‑friendly environment across 16 locations in Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties, with plans to expand throughout the Delaware Valley.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages
• Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and correct any problems
• Maintain a working knowledge of menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep times
• Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
• Host from time to time; hosting shifts are 9 am – 2:30 pm daily

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods
• Ability to effectively listen and respond to customer needs
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 6:45 am – 3:00 pm or 7:45 am – 4:00 pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 6:45 am – 3:00 pm
