About the role

Nudy's Cafes is a multi-location restaurant company that has been family owned & operated since 1979. We are currently operating in soon to be 16 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. We are actively hiring for full time and part-time Servers for our front of the house positions.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
• Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time
• Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
• Able to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently

Compensation

$2.83 per hour

• BOH Paid Vacation: Full Time culinary employees are eligible for accrued time off, up to 1 week in their first year. Retention bonus added after year 5, to include an additional bonus of one weeks pay.
