About the role

Nudy's Cafes is a multi-location, family-owned restaurant company operating since 1979. We are the go-to casual breakfast & lunch destination known for quick, reasonably priced, and freshly prepared meals in a family-friendly environment. With 16 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties, we are expanding throughout the Delaware Valley.

We are actively hiring full-time and part-time Servers for our front-of-house positions across all locations. Our multiunit hiring policy helps cover staffing gaps throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages
• Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues
• Maintain working knowledge of menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep times
• Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
• Host from time to time; hosting shifts are 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM daily

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
