About the role

Nudy’s Cafes is a multi-location, family-owned restaurant company operating since 1979. We are the go-to casual breakfast & lunch destination known for quick, reasonably priced, freshly prepared meals in a family-friendly environment. With 16 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties and plans to expand throughout the Delaware Valley, we pride ourselves on award-winning food, dedicated staff, and small-town hospitality.

We are hiring full-time and part-time Servers for all locations. Our multiunit hiring policy helps cover staffing needs across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages
• Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and resolve any issues
• Maintain a working knowledge of menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep times
• Communicate customer orders to kitchen staff
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
• Host from time to time; hosting shifts are 9:00 am – 2:30 pm daily

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
• Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 6:45 am – 3:00 pm or 7:45 am – 4:00 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 6:45 am – 3:00 pm
