Overview

Noble Crust offers a unique dining experience blending traditional Italian cuisine with Southern flavors, using locally sourced seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, seating them, and managing their table throughout their meal.
• Ensure a pleasant dining experience by promptly attending to guests' needs, including refills, additional condiments, and answering questions.
• Present menus accurately and assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate reporting of sales and tips.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Collaborate with other servers/waiters to maintain a smooth flow of service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a casual dining restaurant setting.
• Wine knowledge is preferred but not required.
• A current ServSafe certification or obtain one within 60 days of hire.
• A strong guest-first mentality.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

The pay is the tip credit minimum wage, plus tips. Actual take-home pay varies based on availability.
