Overview

Noble Crust offers a unique dining experience blending traditional Italian cuisine with Southern flavors, using locally sourced seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is hiring Servers/Waiters who will be paid the tip credit minimum wage plus tips, with actual take-home pay varying based on customer tipping. Previous experience in casual dining restaurants and a current ServSafe certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, seating them, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Manage food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in serving.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Interact with colleagues in a friendly and respectful manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as a server/waiter in a casual dining restaurant.
• Wine knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• A current ServSafe certification, or obtain one within 60 days of hire.
• A guest-first mentality.
