About the role

We are seeking a hospitality-minded Server to join our growing team at Monarch Landing, a premier Life Plan Community in Naperville, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests
• Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Participate in resident-run employee appreciation programs
• Work weekends on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Hours: 3:30pm-7:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 10:30am-2:30pm on Sundays

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills

Pay

Schedule

Part-time positions available, working weekends on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 3:30pm-7:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 10:30am-2:30pm on Sundays.
