This position will provide exceptional food service to hotel restaurant guests while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor. What You Will Be Doing Greets and takes food and drink orders from restaurant customers, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests. Memorizes menu items, recipes and daily specials in order to answer questions and make recommendation to customers.Clear tables during function (pre-bus)Complete assigned sidework.
