About the role

A Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, including greeting, taking food and beverage orders, answering questions, and providing information about the resort and surrounding areas. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized service and work area while upholding company safety and sanitation policies.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Upsell products whenever possible
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area
• Process payments and accurately make change using the point‑of‑sale system
• Complete assigned tasks such as wrapping silverware, cleaning windows, cleaning floors and carpets, and filling and stocking condiments
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of and ability to adhere to ABC regulations and policies
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous serving experience
• Knowledge of standard cocktails
• Knowledgeable of beer and wine pairings

Schedule

Schedule varies, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hours are varied depending on business demands.
